1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 12bet platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or the Android APK available on this site — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

When you register, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine contact number, and a valid email address. You must keep your login credentials confidential. 12bet is not responsible for losses that result from unauthorised access caused by you sharing your password or failing to secure your account.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

12bet requires all accounts to complete identity verification before full deposit and withdrawal access is granted. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer or KYC — is standard across reputable online platforms and is in place to protect players from fraud and unauthorised use.

To complete verification, you will typically need to provide:

• A government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PRC ID, or driver's licence)
• Proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address in the Philippines)
• Proof of your payment method where required

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 12bet are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include GCash, Maya, Philippine online banking, and local bank transfer. When making a deposit or withdrawal, please note the following:

• Deposits must come from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

12bet offers sports betting, live casino, slot games, and eBingo. Each product section operates under its own specific rules, which are made available within that section of the platform. These Terms set out the general principles that apply across all products.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
• 12bet reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious errors in odds, technical malfunctions, match irregularities, or evidence of fraudulent activity.
• In-play betting is subject to additional conditions. Bets placed during a live event are accepted at the discretion of the platform and may be delayed or declined depending on the state of play.

• 12bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a player has already claimed and is actively meeting the conditions of an offer.
• Any attempt to exploit promotions through multiple accounts, collusion, or other irregular betting patterns will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

7. Responsible Gaming

If you choose to self-exclude, your account will be suspended for the period you select. During this time, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period ends.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 12bet. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one account per person
• Using another person's account or payment method
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities

9. Account Suspension and Closure

10. Privacy and Data

11. Limitation of Liability

12. Amendments to These Terms
